About me
Hi, I’m Liv Grace!
I am a Triple-Certified, Trauma-Aware, Transformational Coach with over 30 years’ experience in the transformative growth, leadership and creativity field. I have been a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) and Master Therapeutic Counselor (MTC) for over 10 years and have always worked with individuals alongside designing and leading workshops and programs for groups and corporations in the UK, US and Canada.

Transformation has always been my passion
As well as having over 10 years experience as a counselllor, I have 30 years’ experience in designing and facilitating experiential personal growth, creativity, and leadership workshops and programs for groups and corporations in the UK, US and Canada. I have also trained as a professional actor and my creative life, whether writing and performing one woman shows, singing or public speaking, has always been a passion that has run parallel with all that I offer. The focus of my support is helping people explore and find creative expression for their authentic selves. I love guiding people with this because it helps me remember to continually commit to the same! Unearthing their unique inner resources, often discovered through struggles and dilemmas, they can not only start to live but to thrive. The power of transformation lies in the fact that every experience and happening in our life/lives holds the potential for growth, meaning, service and purpose…we just need the courage to believe the perfection of it all!
